Nothing Compares to Knowing™

Software applications

Authorized personnel will use their employee ID cards to access their assigned drawers and equipment items stored in our hardware solutions.

The OH-BOX and the OH-Rack are equipped with RFID technology that instantaneously collects inventory and user access data.

Our overhead software platform provides you with a suite of automatic reports. The data can be formulated into customized reports and can be used for machine learning models to further drive efficiency and safety in your workplace.

The Kaxxan

Optimizing Operations

This software system is built in for authorized end-users of OHEL’s tool solutions. Users will be able to check in and out their tools and report any maintenance issues that management needs to take care of. End-users will also be notified if their tools are due for calibration soon.

Data Acquisition

The Kaxxan will track real-time inventory, monitor calibration/maintenance data, and control user access for each equipment asset inside the tool solution. All of this information is reported to the overall management software system.

The Kaanbal

Managerial Insights

Managers can set up and control user access through the Kaanbal system. The user access is controlled for each drawer and tool of the OH-BOX and for each compartment of the OH-Rack. The Kaanbal system is used to provide managers with increased warehouse visualization, complete item/asset control, and a suite of reporting features.

Data Application

The Kaanbal receives data from the Kaxan to make reports on item inventory, items close to calibration, checkout history, items reported for repair, items currently in repair, elapsed time in calibration, item usage, and broken items. Managers can also make customized reports specific to their workshop operations.

What is Industry 4.0?

Industry 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution in which people and machines are interconnected to seamlessly gather, examine, and communicate data. Artificial Intelligence, 3D printing, virtual reality, and the Industrial Internet of Things are all a part of Industry 4.0. Each facet of this new-age revolution is designed to increase efficiency and automation for individuals, and groups, and businesses.

What is IIoT?

The Internet of Things are the physical objects embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies to create a networking system. Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) are physical objects in Industrial facilities (mainly manufacturing facilities) that have this networking system. The purpose of IIoT is to gather data that would otherwise be impossible or highly time-consuming to manually collect.

What is Artificial Intelligence?

Artificial Intelligence is when machines portray human intelligence. AI is used for learning, strategizing, reasoning, (robotic) motion, general intelligence, and even social intelligence. There are many other functions and applications of AI. Particularly in the business world, Artificial Intelligence is used to optimize customer service, automate processes, reduce costs, and make predictive analyses.
